About the project

OneWorld Now!, a Seattle based non-profit organization teamed up with New York City photographer Eric Henderson to provide a vehicle for kids to share their communities with each other and with the world. Many stories are told about the communities in which these young people live. But the truth about any place is still not known until we hear directly from the people who live there. Here students present a few good stories told by an old camera and by that certain sensibility we can only access when we are kids.
